The Chicago Symphony Orchestra is dong another series of their ClassicEncounters concerts where "Rock meets Bach." Once again, WXRT's Terri Hemmert will be the host for this series of four shows that will feature everything from Beethoven to The Beatles, Rachmaninov to Radiohead, Rossini to R.E.M. The concerts will be on March 4th, April 1st, April 22nd, and May 20th. To order a subscription package to all four ClassicEncounters concerts, call 312-294-3000. Free wine, beer and munchies are included with the shows.
