DR J was a Bears linebacker?! What, preseason then cut?! I never heard this reference before.

: "Stocks and Jocks," the early morning stock market program with a splash of sports and humor, returned to Chicago's AM radiowaves last week. The show is now heard on WSBC-AM 1240 from 5:30am to 7:00am. It previously aired on WSCR-AM 670 from 2002 to 2008.

: The radio show stars Chicago investment expert hosts Tom "The Chief" Haugh, a chief investment officer of PTI Securities & Futures LP, a Chicago-based securities firm, and Jon "Dr. J" Najarian, the founder of tradeMONSTER.com and one-time Bears linebacker. Another WSCR-alum is part of the show, as well. Matt "Webby" Weber is the Executive Producer for the program and will be providing sports and weather updates.

: With investors hoping the stock market will continue to make gains, the return of "Stocks and Jocks" should be a welcome one. WSBC is hoping that the loyal following of investors, market enthusiasts and money-minded sports fans from the shows years on The Score, will tune in to again hear Tom, Jon, Matt and their many guest stars.

: The shows are 100% live, which means listeners can call 1-888-76-JOCKS or email StocksAndJocks@Live.com to be part of the show. For those out of WSBC-AM's range, the show streams live on StocksAndJocks.net. Past shows are archived and available for downloading from there or iTunes.
