What is the purpose/benefit of a night-time AM signal of one watt? Or even a few watts? Heck, let's go with 10 or 20. Why not just be a day-timer? I know it has to do with classification, but come on, single digit wattage?

: Technically, WZRK is a 24 hour station but they just act as a daytimer because their directional 1 watt at night goes nowhere
