Since 1990 everybody knew the old WMAQ radio lease was up this year and the NBC Tower would either have to be renewed or vacated - so why did the CBS suits move force WXRT to move less than 1.5 years ago? Pay all those moving costs? Pay all those remodeling costs? And now they have to do it all - AGAIN?! I'm so confused.
