It used to be that B96 never changed anything and they performed well.

Now they perform shitty so they constantly change things and nothing ever sticks. They're confused over there.

Remember when Steve Perun had to have the brand new billboards removed because listeners were calling management asking about "Chicago' Shit Music?"
