Metromix TV gets trimmed

CLTV is cutting back its "metromix" entertainment and nightlife magazine show to two nights a week -- Thursdays and Fridays -- starting next week.

Hosted by Marcus Leshock, the show most recently has been on Monday through Friday. Forced out by the cutback is contributor Tim "Pogo" Pogozala.

The Tribune Co.-owned cable news channel plans to roll out several new local programs in the coming months, including a nightly opinion/talk show geared to politics and a weekly health news show.
