WLS radio loses another

The incredible shrinking news department at WLS-AM (890) has lost another player.

Ryan Hermes, who joined the Citadel Broadcasting news/talk station last year as a reporter and news anchor, returned this week to Illinois Radio Network as director of affiliate relations. He previously was Springfield bureau chief for IRN.
