I agree, E and J rarely if ever discussed politics when they were with B96. But they weren't supposed to. They were on a top 40 radio station that catered to teens and young adults so they did pop culture stuff mainly. They have been trying to prove that they can be versatile and talk about anything and I think they did quite well today...anyone who expected a B96esque show today was greatly disappointed...

By the way, they did get serious on 9/11, as a matter of fact B96 let their show run long that day if I remember correctly

: I don't know. During the first half hour they were kind of dissing on Obama and health care reform, and although that meshes with the conservative format of WLS, it felt awkward to hear from, of all people, Eddie and Jobo. I listened to these two when I was in junior high and I don't recall any political agenda in play and if anything they leaned liberal because of the audience. During their tenure on B96, were they ever serious about anything?

: It's sort of as if Bozo and Cookie morphed into Springer and Povich--but left on the makeup and the costumes.
