CLTV & WGN...WTF!?

So I turn on CLTV (Children Learning Television) this afternoon and I see Judy Garcia's story about the horrible accident that killed Antonio Vasquez & his 6-year-old son Kevin.

In the story Garcia describes the graphic way in which Kevin Vasquez died after being hit by the Cab of a semitrailer. Then Garcia goes as far as to describe how the little boys head was crushed under the wheels of the truck.

THEN they cut to video of a Fireman hosing down the street AND THE REAR WHEELS OF THE TRUCK WHERE YOU CAN EASILY SEE...well I won't describe anymore here.

I have seen Garcia's reports beofre and have always thought she did a nice job. BUT WTF HAPPENED HERE? I'm not a TV person (and NEVER would want to be) but doesn't every reporter oversee the editing of their stories?

Seriously, CLTV & WGN ...what the HELL are you thinking?!?
