Carol Williams, head of the Minneapolis operations center for Metro Networks/Shadow Broadcast Services, has been named director of operations for Metro/Shadow in Chicago.
She succeeds Rick Sirovatka, who resigned after 28 years at the traffic reporting service for a sales position with CBS Radio.
Williams previously headed the Westwood One company's unit in Rocheter, N.Y.
