I think the original poster brought this memory up because Georgeann Herbert, former OM at all-news WBBM-AM 780 & the late WMAQ-AM 670, is in the news. She has resigned after almost 10 years as PD of WWJ-AM Detroit. She plans to launch her own business involving music; see AllAccess.com for more details.
