Pat Kelley, SVP/General Manager of WLFM-LP is excited to announce the additions of two new weekend shows to 87.7FM….
Coinciding with the arrival of springtime this year is the welcome return of the warm and sunny “Sounds of Brazil!” to Chicago’s airwaves. Hosted by Scott Adams,
“The Sounds of Brazil” can be heard on WLFM-LP, 87.7 FM, at midnight Saturdays. Says Rick O’Dell, Program Director of WLFM, “The Sounds of Brazil show was born
here in Chicago in 1992, and we’re delighted to be its new radio home. Scott Adams turns every one of his shows into a sun-splashed guided tour of Brazilian
music.”
Also launching this weekend on 87.7 is “Sunrise Soundscapes,” to be heard Sundays from 8:00am to 10:00am. Designed to complement the mellow mood of Sunday morning,
“Sunrise Soundscapes” will feature mellower cuts from smooth jazz along with a sprinkling of popular New Age selections from the early days of WNUA 95.5.
