Joe MacKay Named GM At WLEY/Chicago
SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEM Spanish WLEY (LA LEY)/CHICAGO ups JOE MACKAY to GM. MACKAY currently serves as Dir./National Sales for SBS and also is the National Sales Manager for LA LEY. He will maintain these day to day responsibilities.

"MACKAY has extensive radio industry experience and is a proven leader." said EVP/COO MARKO RADLOVIC. "We are confident that JOE will be a valuable contributor to the future success of 'LA LEY' for years to come."
