I gave up on NBC 5 News long ago, after Bob Sirott's exit and others. The technical operation is a joke and has been riddled with mistakes like the one you describe, for years now. Interns run the shows. They just don't care.

: Wow, NBC5 at 10 Saturday night was terrible - it was full of mechanical glitches & anchor errors & typos on the chyron. Lisa on news & Pete on weather did their best, but Mike Adamle on sports was completely lost due to the problems - moreso than usual!
