WCIU-TV Partners Up With BlackAndBlueCity.com

Weigel Broadcasting's WCIU-TV has partnered up with the new sports website, BlackAndBlueCity.com as of today. A large picture of the BABC logo appears on the top of the WCIU website, with a mention of the site and a picture link to it within the body of the homepage. The top of the BABC website now incorporates WCIU's website, essentially joining the two sites as one.

Additionally, WCIU will promote the site with TV ads, a mention on their morning show and during the stations Cubs & White Sox game broadcasts for the remainder of this season.

The "Black and Blue City" website launched just ten days ago and appears to be a home run success, or at the very least, a triple, with a shot of becoming a home run. The web-based television show features legendary Chicago sports talker, Chet Coppock, who acts as moderator between two passionate White Sox & Cubs fans. New shows are posted up on the site twice per week.
