Former ABC 7 Chicago anchor/reporter, Joel Daly, and long-time IHSA Sports Announcer, Art Kimball, will be honored with a "Broadcast Pioneer Award" June 17th at the Illinois Broadcasters Association 2008 Luncheon in Springfield.
