From what I understand, he is a really great guy off the air as well as on the air. I have no beef with him aside from his relation with the PermaSeal company, whose owner has been under scrutiny for years (Google him) because he chairs on committees at the BBB, the same committees that are responsible for managing consumer complaints against businesses like his.
