The ESPN 1000 ''Lunch With a Legend'' series changes format slightly Wednesday. It becomes more like ''late lunch with a couple of hopeful legends.'' Bulls standouts Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah will be featured guests on the ''Waddle & Silvy'' show from Morton's the Steakhouse, 699 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook. The event -- as well as the broadcast -- will be a later version than usual, running from 2 to 6 p.m. Rose and Noah are scheduled to appear from 5 to 6 p.m. Reservations are available by calling (847) 205-9458.
