Strong November for WSCR

Just like the Bears, WSCR-AM/670 enjoyed a strong November.
In the ratings for men ages 25-54, the key demographic for sports talk radio, WSCR placed fourth with a 4.2 share, while its rival, WMVP-AM/1000, was ninth at 3.4.
In head-to-head competition, the afternoon show of Dan Bernstein and Terry Boers on WSCR dominated with a 4.9 rating to place second, while "The Afternoon Saloon" was 12th at 3.4.
Morning drive saw "Mully and Hanley" on WSCR fifth at 5.0, with "Mike and Mike" sixth at 4.7
In the 9 a.m.-1 p.m. slot, "The Dan McNeil Show" on SCR was sixth at 4.0. "Waddle and Silvy" were ninth at 3.5.
Both sports talk stations figure to have a strong December if the Bears continue to play well. Nothing drives ratings more in this town than an interesting team at Soldier Field.
