Did anyone else look up Case #2008CF000028?

That charge of ATTEMPTED AGGRAVATED CRIMINAL SEXUAL ABUSE-VICTIM 13-16 YRS-ACCUSED 5YRS OLDER THAN VICTIM has a complaint number of 08-28-04 instead of a regular complaint number!

I'm no legal expert but it sounds like that's an old charge that was held open and because of his latest bust is being reintroduced.
