"Chicago Tonight" is the last place you'd ever expect to hear someone drop an F-bomb.
But that's what viewers of the public television news show heard from an unidentified voice in the background on Window to the World Communications' WTTW-Channel 11.
Host Phil Ponce apologized at the end of Thursday's show and promised the audience it would "never happen again."
