ALL ACCESS is sad to report that DAN O'TOOLE, a former programmer and promoter, passed away over the weekend.
O'TOOLE worked at stations such as WVAF/CHARLESTON, WV; WRKA/LOUISVILLE and Q101/CHICAGO.

SARKES TARZIAN VP and WAJI-WLDE/FT. WAYNE GM LEE TOBIN, who worked for O'TOOLE as a jock, tells ALL ACCESS, "I’m shocked! DAN was a mentor to me... took me from WPST/TRENTON to LOUISVILLE. He taught me so much. He was so smart in so many areas. We had a great run in LOUISVILLE. We played a lot of golf and learned radio and had a lot of fun. I’m so so sad."
Memorial plans are still being finalized.
