Join us for 720 Day!

The entire WGN Radio family invites you to Cantigny Park in Wheaton on Sunday, July 20th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to celebrate the second annual 720 Day benefiting the WGN Radio Neediest Kids Fund, a fund of the McCormick Foundation.

Join us for a fun-filled day and watch Dean Richards, Spike O'Dell, Kathy & Judy, John Williams, Steve Cochran, and David Kaplan as they broadcast live from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. while raising funds for 720 Day. In addition, there will be on-air personality meet & greets with autographs signings, plus family-friendly activities; food; music; and a sponsor village with WGN Radio advertisers offering special offers and samples.

Cantigny is the country estate home of Colonel Robert R. McCormick who created WGN Radio and established the Foundation that bears his name. In addition to seeing the "Voices" you'll be able to tour the Robert R. McCormick Museum, visit the First Division Museum and stroll through spectacular gardens. It's a perfect way to spend a Sunday with family and friends.

As the late Wally Phillips, founder of the Neediest Kids Fund back in 1969, so often said, we're about "people helping people." On 720 Day, please help us honor Wally's commitment to helping and make a donation to the Neediest Kids Fund. Your gift will support non-profit agencies in their fight against childhood hunger, to help keep kids in school, and prepare them to enter the workforce. The McCormick Foundation matches all donations at fifty cents on the dollar, adding greater impact to your donation. In addition, the Foundation and WGN Radio cover all administrative and campaign expenses. You can be assured that one hundred percent of your donation, plus the match will be granted back into our community.
