That said, Robert is many times on target even with his selectively snitty-witty writing Many more times than not during his career he doesn't do a lot of investigating, dependent upon being spoon-fed via telephone. He isn't the best, he isn't the worst. He is what he is, and that happens to be long-lasting.

At WGN, we have someone at a legendary station in a prime hour learning how to be themself without "being the essence of who they are". And yes, dump button training should have been done by now, but you can bet there's a tutorial going on.

We've gone from Orion Samuelson to this.
First prize at the fair, to barnyard bullshit.

You just can't put lipstick on a pig and expect much.
