In there defense, the fireworks _did_ start _very_ late and I'm sure that was out of their control. I'm betting that they only had a certain amount of content programmed in and weren't prepared for the extra 20 minutes waiting time (and no I do not work for WGN radio, TV or Tribune in any way)
