I hadn't thought about Java in years. I went to 965kissfm.com to see what he was up to and I noticed his replacement at night is Kruz from Hot 99-5 in DC.
How can Clear Channel put voicetracked and Premium Choice night jocks on stations in markets even the size of CLEVELAND?
The young demo is already straying away from radio, so you're going to piss on them and make them really go away? Hint: that young demo you're trying to get at night is REALLY computer savvy. They will Google your night jock and find out they're from Washington, D.C. or wherever they're from that's not their own city and they will tell their friends.
Nights on a Top40 station is supposed to be about the vibe of your city, the happenings of your audience, the phoners with local references. I just don't get it.
