A controversy has erupted in the final days of balloting for the Radio Hall of Fame.

TruthWinsOut.org, a gay rights organization, announced a campaign Wednesday to keep nominee James Dobson from being inducted.

Dobson, syndicated radio host and founder of Focus on the Family, was cited for his views against homosexuality.

Online voting closes Tuesday for the Chicago-based Hall of Fame at www.radiohof.org.
