I think Rosenthal went too easy on this one. Being that WGN News and Rosenthal are both Trib entities, he was probably being pushed in the "go easy" direction by upper management. There is no excuse for not having a delay system in place like every other morning RADIO show does, and there is no excuse for the amateur way Robin handled it (notice the dance didn't even make it to print).
