Suburban station surrendering license

Kovas Communications told the Federal Communications Commission Monday that it plans to surrender the license of WMCW-AM (1600) in northwest suburban Harvard as soon as the company gets permission to boost the daytime signal power of WONX-AM (1590) in north suburban Evanston.
