CBS refused to reimburse Joe Ahern, Channel 2's notoriously extravagant president and general manager, for a $5,000 lunch tab he submitted on his expense account.

Sources could not disclose the location of the lunch or who accompanied Ahern.

"No comment," a spokeswoman said.
