Former Emmis Controller Pleads Guilty To Embezzlement

Former EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS Controller SYLVIA YORK pleaded guilty TUESDAY to charges of embezzling $70,633 from the company.

YORK has agreed to pay the money back, and faces up to 20 years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine when she is sentenced on OCTOBER 30th.
