Weather or not: Duffy Atkins from KREN-TV in Reno, Nev., is the new primary weeknight weathercaster for CLTV, Chicago Tribune parent Tribune Co.'s local cable channel. She replaces Keenan Smith, who left four months ago for WPTV-TV in West Palm Beach, Fla.
