Carol Marin to receive award

Sun-Times columnist and WMAQ-Channel 5 political editor Carol Marin will be cited as Journalist of the Year and "Beyond the Beltway" host Bruce DuMont will accept a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Chicago Journalists Association.

The group's 69th annual dinner will be Sept. 26 at the Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza.
