Public File Problems Draw FCC Fines
The FCC has fined CAPITAL ASSETS, INC. $9,000 for public file violations at Country WBMH/GROVE HILL, AL and $18,000 for public file violations at Adult Standards WRJX-A and Classic Hits WHOD (DIXIE 94.5)/JACKSON, AL.

The Commission also fined LASALLE COUNTY BROADCASTING CORPORATION $9,000 for public file violations at Oldies WKOT (KOOL 96.5)/MARSEILLES, IL and $18,000 for public file violations at Hot AC WAJK and Oldies WLPO-A/LASALLE, IL.
