I'm so confused about all the hires. Tribune doesn't have very many radio properties at all, do they?

CC is selling huge stations, has gone private and is letting go of everyone who's name we know. CBS wants to sell 50 stations now too. But then Tribune is firing all their low-paid workerbees and bringing on big names that HAVE to be expensive. What is the final message in all of this?
