: With the deal, Gannett picks up an additional 10 percent stake, giving it a 50.8 percent interest in the nation's largest online job site. Tribune Co.'s holding will be reduced to 30.8 percent, while the McClatchy Co. and Microsoft Corp. continue to own 14.4 percent and 4 percent, respectively.

See this is the kinda stuff that makes me realize I have NO idea what Zell is doing over there. He's hired 20 former radio dudes for his team. Where does Tribune have radio properties that warrant radio knowledge? But I figured okay maybe he will use their general "media" know-how and direct it into the web somehow with their "interactive" department. But then they let go of 10 more % of careerbuilder? What's the master plan? Does anyone know? Does Sam Zell even know? Other than causing constant upheavals and I guess focusing on the priority of reducing debt?
