Metro Networks gears for layoffs.

Specifics are still being worked out, but Westwood One CEO Tom Beusse tells staff in a memo that they will be "realigning resources" and making “significant changes” at the operational level. It appears that will mean significant layoffs companywide. Beusse writes “I sincerely regret the adverse effect these actions will have on some of our employees."
