New CC/Chicago RVPP opens door for move

In a move specifically designed to confuse Rand McNally even further, Austin is returning to Portland, Ore.: Tommy Austin, currently OM of Clear Channel's St. Louis cluster and PD of top 40 KSLZ (Z107-7), is moving back to Portland, Ore. as OM of the cluster and PD of AC monster KKCW (K103). Austin caulks the hole made when Tony Coles was promoted to VP of programming & ops for CC/Chicago.
