Radio Shopping Show Rolling Out Nationwide

RADIO SHOPPING SHOW, INC. is being rolled out to stations nationwide under a new licensing agreement offered by station owner and RSSI founder RICK JAKLE, being offered through TIM DISA's AIRTIME MEDIA under an exclusive marketing agreement. The system, in use for 26 years, which allows stations to offer local retailers' goods and services in on-air shopping programs, comes with training, proprietary software and support.

JAKLE, who owns WRMN-A/ELGIN, IL, WBIG-A/AURORA, IL and KSHP-A/LAS VEGAS, said, "It's important to understand that we've spent more than two-and-a-half decades refining and figuring this system out. To our knowledge, no one has ever come even close to consistently producing the extraordinary revenues we do. We've made all the mistakes and we are now able to give other radio stations everything we possibly can to ensure their financial success. We will provide stations the know-how, the formula, the secrets of this unique system, the artwork, promotional examples, our incredible software -- the keys to the kingdom. We will help train licensee station's sales staffs, advise them on how to conduct the actual on-air RADIO SHOPPING SHOW and we'll provide ongoing support. We'll be with them every step of the way!"

DISA added, "We could not be more delighted to be an integral part of 'the next big thing' in radio with our role of helping stations break the tired, old 'turn of the century' way of monetizing their stations and introducing them to THE RADIO SHOPPING SHOW sales solution -- let the radio revenue revolution begin! ... I firmly believe that this system, in addition to bringing profit to operators, will actually increase valuation of their stations."

Pollack Signs Up In Jackson, Memphis

AIRTIME MEDIA has inked POLLACK BROADCASTING Blues WKXI-A/JACKSON, MS and Contemporary Christian WPLX-A (K-LOVE)/MEMPHIS as the first two affiliates to license the RSSI system. The stations will flip to Business Talk in OCTOBER and will air the daily shopping shows featuring local retailers and services using the system. WKXI will change calls to WJQS-A with the new format.

"We are excited to work with BILL POLLACK, who first heard RADIO SHOPPING on our LAS VEGAS station and he just had to have it! These are great stations in nice markets and POLLACK will be offering a very important service to both their listeners and retailers with discounts on every day items of up to 70%," said DISA.
