At WFMT, a live, four-hour broadcast and simultaneous Webcast are planned for this year's "Midnight Special Folk Festival."

The third annual event will run from 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 28 at North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, 9501 Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
