Elroy Smith Welcomes His First Daughter

ALL ACCESS would like to send congratulations to RADIO ONE PHILADELPHIA OM ELROY R.C. SMITH and his wife VONDA on the birth of their daughter KYNDALL. She was born SATURDAY (SEPTEMBER 20th). The newest addition to the SMITH family weighed in at six pounds, ten ounces. The SMITHs have two sons, COLIN and CARSON.
