Due to financial conditions, Kelly Communications is shutting down its adult standards WOAM-AM (Unforgettable Music) and oldies WPMJ (True Oldies 94.3)/Peoria, Ill.

"We are hopeful of obtaining new financing in the near future to restructure our operations and to again serve the Peoria market," says president Bob Kelly.
