WCPT after hours

Tonight after WCPT powered down and ended its broadcast day, something pretty funny happened. Conditions were right for a little radio station to pop on that was the complete opposite of progressive talk. It was totally conservative. I never heard any station identification and couldn't put a name to the host's voice but it was pretty amusing to me.
