A month later, it's like they can't decide. I've noticed they are still towing the line on an official name and are toying with a new "style" and graphics again.
Their pre-produced voiceovers still say "Fox News Chicago". Yet CERTAIN reporters say "Fox Chicago News" when closing their stories. Sometimes anchors say "Fox News Chicago", sometimes they say "Fox Chicago News".
And now they're running stopset promos with Robin Robinson and Jeff Goldwhatever that just say "FOX CHICAGO.... asking THE questions..." complete with a tweaked, "Web 2.0"-like "FOX CHICAGO" logo and abnormal "Web 2.0"-like graphics with Robin Robinson and Jeff Goldwhatever's name (not in the normal newscast font/graphics look, I mean).
It's confusing. Pick something and do it 100% for Christ's sake! You're all over the place.
: Lately they've been referring to themselves as "Fox Chicago News". Is this an official change? Prompted by what?
