Changes at the top for ESPN Radio

You can call it a reorganization for the top tier of management at ESPN Radio: Senior Director of Programming Pete Gianesini is named Senior Director/Radio Content & Operations. Current "Mike & Mike in the Morning" producer Scott Shapiro adds PD duties, and will oversee along with his "Mike & Mike" duties the Jason Smith show. News Editor Peter Ciccone becomes PD of News Content, overseeing all aspects of long-form programming & news content, and he remains in charge of the Tirico & Van Pelt show.
