WGN Launches WeatherCenter

TRIBUNE Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO and sister CW affiliate WGN-TV are launching a new weather partnership MONDAY (10/13) with the creation of the WGN WEATHERCENTER. The move combines the TV and radio stations' weather resources, including popular WGN meteorologist TOM SKILLING, along with PAUL KONRAD, JIM RAMSEY, TIM MCGILL, and others.

"WGN has always been CHICAGO's #1 source for weather. WGN is the only CHICAGO radio station featuring the best LOCAL weather team in CHICAGO. The WGN WEATHERCENTER will carry our tradition of excellent local weather coverage to the next level!," said WGN PD BOB SHOMPER.
