Arbitron has released its 2008 "Network Radio Today" report, a national profile of radio listening behavior. Using the 250,000 person sample RADAR -- the national radio ratings service -- the report provides information for advertisers and broadcasters on listeners age, sex, race/ethnicity, education and income.
Bruce Supovitz, Arbitron VP of national radio services explains, "'Network Radio Today' offers you a window into the dynamic world of national radio and its listeners, as well as an overview of RADAR, the national radio ratings service."
Notable findings include that network radio reaches 70% of college graduates on a weekly basis, 74% of people earning over $75,000 and 86% of African-Americans aged 25-54.
