After only one year, Chris Witting's TalkZone.com has rolled out 35 daily and weekly talk shows, all streaming online for free and available on demand as podcasts and downloads.

The site's locally produced shows include Mike North's daily talk show, Hub Arkush's "Pro Football Weekly," Scott Bosley and Scott Gendell's "Talking Illini," and Susan Frank's "Wild About Pets."

TalkZone and its Internet Talk Radio Network parent are owned by north suburban-based Syndication Networks Corp.
