I guess they want her to appear more involved with the show but come on. It's gotta be about recognizing someones strengths and weaknesses.

Erica sucks at jocking and working the phones. She's good at the scripted Craigslist pranks they do, and conversating on topics; but put her solo behind the mic and she sounds like market 300.

Where's the management?
