CCR's iHeartRadio Already A Top 10 iPhone App


In just over two weeks since its rollout, Clear Channel Radio's (CCR) iHeartRadio application has quickly broken into the top 10 of the overall free applications section of Apple's iPhone app store. The iHeartradio app allows users to access the CCR's terrestrial and Internet radio streams on the iPhone or iPod Touch, and all in conjunction with the company's new iHeartMusic.com destination.


In addition, iHeartRadio has become the No. 1 free music application in the app store, ahead of Pandora and AOL Radio, both of which also appear in the top 10.
